TLT Electrical & Air was founded by Tom, a hands-on tradesman with a passion for precision and reliability. After more than a decade working across commercial, industrial, and high-end residential projects, Tom saw a gap in the market—clients needed contractors who could move fast without cutting corners.

From day one, TLT was built on three values: speed, quality, and accountability. We take on projects that are too detailed for large contractors and too complex for small operators.
